How To Guide

I have always tried to stay clear from using Strava. The idea of competing with others during training sessions just doesn’t appeal to me. I am in no mood to sprint to any light or stop sign just to be the king of some made up segment.

Also, the idea of maintaining my workouts in another account just didn’t appeal to me.

However, some friends, club members are on it so I decide to join (You can follow me here) Well, actually I have had an account for a long time but never used it. So I decided to start using my account as long as I can update my account automatically.
